The responsibilities will include:
Develop business plan to drive subscriber penetration, revenue growth and Halopesa usage on the payment space.
Prepare a workable strategy to onboard various potential partners for Halopesa usage including NGOs, MFIs, Corporates and Govt for payment collection and bulk payments
Acquire key strategic partners to optimize Halopesa usage in payment space.
Define parameters and plan for merchant sign ups to create an effective eco system in urban and rural markets
Define and develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for Merchants and Billers.
Propose best Halopesa payment solution(s) for Distributor oriented companies suitable for their supply chain Nafasi za ajira
Develop a strong and efficient distribution mix to ensure market penetration, quality of service & compliance with regulatory requirement
Efficient execution of all channel engagement and consumer promotion programs
Maintain visibility at each of the touch points for Halopesa merchants across and alternate channel
Incorporate best practices from across the market and other businesses to improve business Continuous improvement in operational quality and high level of customer satisfaction
Ensure high confidence and customer satisfaction amongst customers, agents and merchants
Design and execute market impacting activities Operational
Team trainings around improving team productivity, bonding and impact KPI:
Meeting projected subscriber usage numbers
Meet revenue targets
The ideal candidate:
Relevant university degree Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, or equivalent
Minimum of 04 years of experiences inclusive of:
o Corporate sales and market development
o Digital payment
o Executive Data analysis
Working experience in telecommunication, ICT and technology sector advantageous.
Strong experience at developing and/or managing business communication strategy in large organisations.
Strong competence in data analysis and exploitation.
Motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Innovative with a very good presentation skills and negotiation skill
Proficient use of Microsoft office (word, excel & PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working with a wide variety of cross-functional teams and vendors.
The normal work place shall be in the Headquarter in Dar Es Salaam.
Business travel up to 30%
